The Branch Covidians that infest the California legislature have introduced new legislation that would require people to show proof of “vaccination” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) in order to enter many “public establishments” throughout the state, including restaurants, gyms and sports stadiums.
Assembly Bill 455, dubbed “The Vaccine Passport Bill,” is still in draft form, which means that now is the time to oppose it with vigor.
Based on the language of the bill, its passage would impose one of the strictest jab mandates in the country. Anyone in California who wants to eat at a restaurant, stay at a hotel, work out at the gym, watch a movie at a theater or attend a concert would be required to prove that they got injected for Chinese Germs.
“This bill would also mandate that employees receive the COVID vaccines or weekly testing, or else face termination,” reports Real Impact.
In true deceptive form, A.B. 455 was originally introduced by Bay Area assembly members as a bill about “transportation”. It specifically referenced “transit-only traffic lanes” at the San Francisco – Oakland Bay Bridge, and had nothing to do with Fauci Flu shots.
That later changed after the Cult of Covidism stripped the bill of its original wording and replaced it with language pertaining to injections for the Wuhan Flu, which makes it even more menacing as many people do not even know that it is being quietly pushed through in darkness.
This “gut-and-amend” process is often done to disguise unpopular legislation as something else in order to get it introduced. Once in the docket, the true intended language is then inserted and pushed through the system.
The new language reads as follows:
“Amendment 5: 52.8. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, an establishment, as defined in subdivision (b), shall require each person who is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, who seeks to enter the indoor facilities of that establishment, to show proof to an employee or authorized agent of the establishment that the person has been vaccinated against COVID-19.”
If passed by the California state senate and signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom, A.B. 455 would go into effect immediately. This is why it must be stopped immediately.
Newsom appears to be laying low for the time being as the upcoming recall election could oust him from the governorship. Based on the relentless attacks against challenger Larry Elder, a Republican, it would appear as though California has a real chance at getting a quality governor as opposed to Newsom, who is a criminal.
Californians need to get the word out about A.B. 455 right away in order to kill it before it gains any traction. The state legislature needs to hear from The People, who need to make their voices heard that we will not tolerate any attempts at requiring vaccine passports in the Golden State, or anywhere else for that matter.
Real Impact has put together an Action Alert page where you can quickly and easily contact your state senator to urge opposition to A.B. 455.
“NOTE: A.B. 455, originally a transportation bill, is in the process of being amended and transformed into a COVID VACCINE PASSPORT bill,” Real Impact reiterates.
“Although some senators are denying this, the language has already been created (view at realimpact.us). Do not let this deter you from contacting your CA senator. Discussions are taking place regarding this bill and they are feeling the pressure. Keep lobbying your CA senators until they drop A.B. 455 altogether.”
